  • What is your cancellation policy?

Therapy is a commitment to yourself and your loved ones. Like any activity, the more you invest into your treatment the more quickly you will notice positive changes in your life. Of course, from time-to-time situations arise that may interfere with your ability to make scheduled appointments. You can easily cancel and reschedule your appointment through the Therapy Appointment portal with 24 hours advance notice. If 24-hour advance notice is not provided, a missed appointment fee will be charged to your account. After one missed appointment, Nicole will work with you to discuss any barriers to consistent attendance. If there are 2 missed appointments within a 6-month period, outpatient therapy may not be the best option for you and Nicole may refer you to other resources or supports that are more appropriate for your current needs.
